As you can see in the picture kmail tries to download "Mietvertrag" but hangs

While "downloading" there is now access to the inbox of the "Elias
Zimmermann"-account.
(NOTE: inbox=Posteingang). [2]
You could wait several hours or stop tranfering "Mietvertrag" manually.
If you stop the tranfer access to the inbox is possible again [3]
