Bug ID: 505704 Summary: Can't synchronise events organised by others to Google Calendar Classification: Applications Product: korganizer Version First unspecified Reported In: Platform: Neon OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: groupware Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: p.wibber...@btinternet.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create an event in KOrganizer. 2. Create another event in KOrganizer by accepting a meeting invitation received in Kmail. (Note both events are created in the same KOrganizer Google Groupware calendar.) OBSERVED RESULT The event I create in KOrganizer is synchronised to Google Calendar. However, the event created by accepting a meeting invitation is NOT synchronised to Google Calendar. EXPECTED RESULT All events are synchronised into the Google Calendar. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon 6.3 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0 Qt Version: 6.9.0 Kernel Version: 6.11.0-26-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz Memory: 7.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Intel® Xe Graphics ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (1) I think this used to work OK two or three years ago, but stopped working at some point since. Could it have come in with Version 6? (2) If I edit the event, e.g. change the title, I get the message "You are not the organiser of this event. Editing it will bring your calendar out of with the organiser's calendar. Do you really want to edit it?" Is there some attribute of the event, that indicates that I'm not the organizer, which also prevents it being synchronised with Google Calendar? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
