Selecting "My Certificates", then quitting kleopatra and reopening it, will
select "All Certificates" again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kleopatra
2. Select "My Certificates"
3. Quit keleopatra (not only close window)
4. Restart kleopatra
OBSERVED RESULT
Kleopatra opens showing "All certificates"; Certificate trees collapsed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kleopatra oppens showing the last selection "My certificates"; Certificate
trees as collapesd or expanded as before.
