Hi. Thanks for your report.

This should be covered by PIM data exporter / importer nowadays.

Can you try it out to see whether it suits your use case?

(I am not sure whether Unknown means the Bugzilla account has been terminated…
if so, it is probably best to just close report as fixed.)
