STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a message and click in "Send"
OBSERVED RESULT
Messages stays in "pending to send" (sorry, I'm translating from my Spanish
version, so not the exact folder name)
EXPECTED RESULT
To send immediately message (as always)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I launch kmail from console and in context menu over "pending to send" I
select "Send messages in queue" after 5 or 10 seconds appear message
"org.kde.pim.mailtransportakonadi: Item doesn't have DispatchModeAttribute."
for each pending message.
Meanwhile, after a lot of work trying to find a workaround, I needed to install
Thunderbird, that as I guessed, have no problem sending messages.
