I upgraded from KDE 3.5.x (Ubuntu 7.10), and my email templates no longer work
as configured.
I tried configuring the templates via the following:
1. Standard templates (under Settings -> KMail -> Composer -> Standard
Templates)
2. Identity specific template (Settings -> KMail -> Identities -> Modify ->
Templates)
My configured template for both Reply and Reply All is:

It was %ODATE %OTIMELONG that the wise %OFROMNAME thus wrote:

However, all replies start with the default "On <date> <time> you wrote" (for
reply) or "On <date> <time> <Sender> wrote:" for reply all.
