I typically adjust the width and content of the message list so that no
horizontal scroll bar is required as this maximises the height available for
display of the message list.
Whenever I restart kamil the size has always grown by a small amount - just
enough that the horizontal scrollbar reappears.
I expect this is a simple bug where some element width is not being included in
a default width calculation. It is annoying and effects usability however so
it would be good to fix.
