SUMMARY
Starting kmail after it has been minimized doesn't show app window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kmail and minimize to tray.
2. Restart kmail (either by icon, commandline, hotkey, etc).
3. Kmail window doesn't reappear
OBSERVED RESULT
Window doesn't appear. Taskbar has an entry, but alt-tab doesn't show an icon
for kmail. You have to physically click the taskbar entry or alt-tab to the
(empty) icon for the window to appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window should appear and be brought to front without any other action being
required.
