SUMMARY
Kontact 5.7.3 on Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon with only Kontact and Korganizer and
Kaddressbook installed, but not the Mail component.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select To-Do
2. Settings/ConfigureDate+Time menu item
3. Get "Could not start control module for date and time format" message
Someone says maybe KCM not installed on Mint ?
