Restarting akonadi doesn't help. Restarting KMail doesn't help, however, the Move option is active for a fraction of the second and then becomes inactive. Only thing that helps for a while is recreating the account, but I want to use the program to read mails not to reconfigure it all the time. As this is certainly not resolved please reopen it.
