Using packet kontact-16.12.0-1.1
After right clicking on the top bar and choosing More actions, I click on
Special Window Settings, which opens a KWin dialog. In the dialog in the tab
"Size & Position" I check Position and Size and in the drop down field for both
"Apply Initially" is chosen and leaving the size and position unaltered,
because the window is already on the desired location. Closing the window and
starting it again does position the window on the specified location.
