The certificate creation Wizard results in the message: Could not create
certificate: General error
I've tried filling out different certificate details and passphrases but to no
avail.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose File -> New Certificate... in the main menu
2. Choose Create a personal OpenPGP key pair
3. Fill out the details
4. Fill out the passphrase and re-enter it
5. Type some random characters while the key is being created ...
Actual Results:
Key pair creation failed: 'Could not create certificate: General error' are the
error details
Expected Results:
a personal openPGP key pair
