After installing Gp4win package 2.3.2 on windows7 kleopatra.exe doesn't start.
Nothing. I've uninstalled all and re-installed. Same. Info: GPA seems to work
correctly.
I tried from start menu shortcut and from GnuPG folder with .exe . Same result.
No message, no popup, just nothing. It's very weird.
