This is with kmail trunk svn r854573.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Configure an IMAP account
2) Create a new IMAP folder on the server using another application (I tried
with my webmail service and mozilla thunderbird).
3) Check mail in kmail and/or refresh the IMAP cache from the file menu. The
new folder does not appear.
The only way to make the new folder appear is to either restart kmail or delete
a folder (which will eventually refresh the folders cache and fetch the new
folder as well).
