This is with kmail from trunk svn r854573.
To reproduce:
1) Configure an IMAP account
2) Create a new IMAP folder and in the dialog that appears, set the folder to
be able to hold only subfolders.
3) The new folder is created on the server and immediately disappears from
kmail. However, I can see that folder on the server's hard drive and other
applications are also able to see it.
This is tested with the dovecot imap server.
