kmail 4.1 recognizes only mail as sent, which was sent by himself , even not
messages send by kmail 3.5.9.
regardless if these mails are in the local sent mail box or on IMAP.
IMHO it is essential that kmail handles IMAP folders transparently (as 3.5.9)
for all of us who are working from more than ONE computer.
