The set of columns in the message list is not bound to the width of that
portion of the display. If I resize my columns the way I want them and then
resize the KMail window, then either I get a scrollbar because the columns are
now too wide, or a set of narrow columns bunched up on the left of the display.
The columns should be linked to the message list box (sorry if I don't know the
right term here) so that they grow and shrink with the KMail window.
