Ah, this seems to be the same as bug 149715 then (which I also never reproduced
on my current computer). Marking this bug as a duplicate of that one.
The only strange thing is that this happens for _every_ message for you.
Right-clicking the sent-mail folder and choosing "Rebuild Index" might bring
your messages back.
