For example field
  To: =?koi8-r?B?4c7E0sXKIOLFzMnDy8nK?= <Belitsky.A gmail com>
should looks as 'Андрей Белицкий <Belitsky.A gmail com>' but now it looks like 
this - 'Андрей Белицкий'<Belitsky.A gmail com>  Same with 'From' 
field.
