Confirmed in 3.5 branch and trunk.
Simple enough to fix - just remove all of the '&'s from buttons and labels,
and let Qt assign the accelerators automatically. Unfortunately trunk is in
string freeze now so it may not be possible to fix this until after the KDE 4.0
release.
