Kontact needs to change the default recurrence period to be one year, instead
of the current one week. In my experience, very few events recur weekly, yet
many recur yearly.
Additionally, it might be nice to have a simple "recur yearly" (and maybe also
"recur weekly") option on the General tab of new appointments. That would save
time entering in new appointments that recur. The Recursion tab could stay as
it is for those who need to tweak the recursion more precisely.
