Instead of `Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned` I would suggest
`Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser RemoteSigned`. This does not require
administrative privileges.
I registered with KDE Identity but was unable to figure out how to edit Wiki
pages.
