Yes (at least all those who didn't make a "trivial" contribution, such as coding style, removing whitespace, script-based porting, one-liner fixes, etc.) However for tests it doesn't really matter that much (apps don't use them) and there are a few generated files in your list (lex.c) and a few false positives -- staging/kio/src/core/kdirnotify.h definitely has a license, doesn't it?
