The SIC, which means kde4 apps ported to KF5+ECM will install Qt plugins to 
the wrong directory, until replacing ${PLUGIN_INSTALL_DIR}/plugins with 
${QT_PLUGIN_INSTALL_DIR}.
But it's IMHO necessary, and that's easy to detect, when the plugin doesn't 
get loaded...
