KDE takes no position on religion, so I don't think there's any problem with this app. A Bible app implies no endorsement on the part of KDE of any particular flavor of Christianity, any more than if someone wanted to make a KDE app for the Quran or the Torah, or to make plugins for those holy books in this app.
