Hi,
I began to work on Phabricator on the Techbase project (very slowly).
Hanging around Phabricator, I realized that there is *also* a wiki
there. What is the politic about this wiki?
Is it going to be another one? Replace Techbase or/and Community?
I haven't read anything on this, but I may have overlooked it.
If something was decided, could you redirect me to the right place?
Else, it might be better to disable it first... or directly announce a
move. And before the Techbase sprint if possible :D
I fear that it else become yet another wiki with duplicate or partial
information.

Replacing techbase would be a good idea, since everything would be
there, on the same platform. However, it might be more difficult to move
in one or another direction.
