Just upgraded to RC1 (4.5.90) , and finally i got it , last time it crashes because i forgot to remove ~/.kde4/apps/config/plasma-* and rebuild all plasma related addons , so it crashes ..
And it Seems my 3G Device was not rejected anymore !
