The first step would be to migrate to a Git repo. SVN is mostly used for translations and websites these days. Once you've migrated to Git, use the releaseme scripts by Harald Sitter to generate a tarball, then create a Git tag, and then upload to ftp.kde.org. File a ticket to have it moved to downloads.ko. -- Boudhayan Gupta
