Hello,
I’ve noticed a couple of issues with my laptop. First, it restarts unexpectedly
when in sleep mode. Additionally, after shutting down or waking from sleep, it
doesn’t recognize the charger. I’ve tried to update the system, but the issue
persists. Could this be related to a hardware problem, BIOS settings, or a
driver conflict? Any help diagnosing and resolving these problems would be
