SUMMARY
Sometimes when "right" clicking on the playlist to bring up the context menu -
nothing happens.
Then when you click again - at the same location (as far as I can tell) the
menu appears.
Not sure how to replicate this and after a time it starts working properly. I'm
usually wanting the Edit track details option.
