SUMMARY
ExifTool does not exists or exec permission is missing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open digikam in digiKam-8.5.0-Qt6-Win64, and a prompt appears below the toolbar
(see OBSERVED RESULT)

OBSERVED RESULT
ExifTool is not available in your digiKam installation or is not working
correctly.
Go to the digiKam settings and check the availability of the ExifTool binary
file in the metadata section.
Error message: ExifTool does not exists or exec permission is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
ExifTool can be used normally

Qt Version: 6.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I downloaded the latest ExifTool 13.04 from https://exiftool.org and replaced
the ExifTool 12.99 in digikam 8.5.0, but the situation did not change.
