Confirmed on my system. K3b informs on selection of "Rip video DVD" that it
requires transcode, but it is actually installed on my system (as
/usr/bin/transcode), but in the Programs section of the K3b settings, there is
no transcode entry.
It seems to me as if K3b was once updated to drop the transcode requirement,
but the check still exists and fails for unknown reasons.
