No window borders
SUMMARY
I upgraded from kde 5 to 6. Now nothing works correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to kde
OBSERVED RESULT
Cant move windows and if open new they stick to top left
EXPECTED RESULT
