In my current version, Explorer has a refresh lag when creating something
new (Win 10 22H2 19045.5131) which seems to happen quite often after an
update.  But if I create a new folder and there is no lag then it
immediately updates the date of the parent directory. I usually only update
DigiKam when I can actually see the folder in Explorer - but maybe that
plays a role in not recognising it.
