This rectangle is disappears when a window is maximized, and is persistent when no windows are maximized. It is present in both 'Breeze' and 'Breeze Dark' (see screenshots). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Boot up latest Plasma release. 2. Observe panel in its default state, and notice the artifact mentioned. 3. Launch a window, maximize it, and notice the artifact is no longer present. OBSERVED RESULT An unintentional artifact is present on the panel. EXPECTED RESULT The artifact should not be there.
