The data flow can be like:
(When flood prevention is enabled)
NotificationSortProxyModel -> QSortFilterProxyModel to filter out floods
-> QConcatenateTablesProxyModel
-> QAbstractListModel to
track floods and create summary notifications ->
Just need someone to implement the 3 models.
