SUMMARY

Can't reliable reproduce it, but it every now and then happens. Please see the
screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Bluetooth
2. Reboot / Re-Login

EXPECTED RESULT
Bluetooth icon reflect that BT is disabled.

OBSERVED RESULT
Bluetooth icon shows the icon for the connected state.
