Settings for automatic locking on inactivity

SUMMARY
I have disabled the lock screen everywhere (see attachments).
Even so I am FREQUENTLY presented with a lock screen after waking up from
suspend.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend computer
2. Wake up computer after a few minutes

OBSERVED RESULT
Very often I get a lock screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
No lock screen should be presented as it is disabled everywhere.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I completely disabled my lock screen as an expected workaround for the bug
#496777 that I reported.
That's how I discovered that it often doesn't work.
