A problem exists with virtual desktops when both virtual desktop scrolling
control and audio-volume control use scrolling to scroll desktops and to change
volume.
Scrolling on audio volume indication changes my current virtual desktop.
A result that would be expected by user would be when audio-volume indication
steal scrolling event from virtual desktop control, the same way clock does it.
Scrolling on clock (with multiple time-zone) changes printed time, but doesn't
affect virtual desktop.
