When renaming files/folders, a tooltip should fade in and present important
commands, such as:

Copy with: Ctrl + C
Paste with: Ctrl + V
Undo with: Ctrl + Z
Redo with: Ctrl + Shift + z
Create subfolders with: /

That should intuitively help new PC users.
(That subfolder tip depends on Bug 494988)
