I had the same issue and I've further noticed that every attempt to delete
(move to trash) any file result in an error about Trash.
I suspected a corrupted file in Trash, so I deleted very thing manually in
Konsole :
rm -rf ~/.local/share/Trash/*`
and then close the session.
After reopening the session it was possible to Trash files again and the
context menu on compressed files (extract and removes) worked.
