SUMMARY
Once you have created a screenshot, you can no longer drag and drop the image
into a Dolphin window to save it in any folder. This was possible in earlier
versions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot
2. Try dragging the image with the mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
Although the mouse pointer changes to a drag symbol, the image is not dragged.
EXPECTED RESULT
The image can be dragged into a Dolphin window with the mouse and dropped
there. This creates a PNG file as if you had copied the file from the
screenshot storage location there.
