"khelpcenter help:partitionmanager" now shows the handbook for partition manager Help menu from dolphin works, I don't know if it worked earlier when khelpcenter was not installed however in partition manager when I click on help > KDE partition manager handbook - nothing happens and when I click on "Report bug" and then on "Launch bug report" wizard the error "Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: Not connected to D-Bus server" pops up.
