            Bug ID: 496593
Summary: I am having an issue with the black lineart showing up
in my project. It is PAINT LAYER 3 and the copies that
                    have the issue.

Screenshot of lineart and preview image with the project in the background.

I would paste that layer into a new document to try to solve the issue with the
black part not showing up but it just makes the entire background white despite
it only having brush lines as a transparent image. The other colored part of
the lineart that isn't black functions correctly anytime I turn the visibility
on and off but the black part stays invisible and shows all of the layers
underneath. I would move it and it stays invisible. I don't know which part of
the application is causing this bug and it is only an issue with that layer. I
don't have any other parts that are only black showing but the PAINT LAYER 1
and PAINT LAYER 2 are both black and show up properly when I turn the
visibility on. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting the application, opening
a new document and copying all of the layers over and nothing works. I've also
tried to alpha lock and change the black lineart into a different color but it
keeps it in the background even with it being at the top of the layer list and
lowers the opacity in the project but not in the layer itself.
