SUMMARY
Alt keys are captured by konsole as menu accelerators even when checkbox is off
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Open Emacs, kakoune, etc
3. Send Alt+s, it gets captured as `Split` command in konsole instead of sent
to the app running inside konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
Alt+s, gets captured as `Split` command in konsole and opens the split menu
instead of sending the key combination to the app running inside konsole
EXPECTED RESULT
App running should receive key combination
