On X11, KWin isn't responsible for drawing the window like this. As such, it's
either a bug in the app, or a bug in the X server, neither of which are KDE
code. Normally I'd recommend following up with the Fedora folks about this;
however I don't believe Fedora KDE supports the X11 session anymore, so you may
be out of luck there. You might try the Wayland session, or switching to a
distro that still offers support for issues on X11.
