SUMMARY
In "key to choose 3rd level" I assigned "any alt", which causes the alt key to
no longer be recognized as <alt> and instead as <undefined>
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set a key in key bindings, for example as 3rd level key
OBSERVED RESULT
using keyboard testing programs returns <undefined>
EXPECTED RESULT
using keyboard testing programs returns <alt> or <alt left>
