Felix Ernst <felixer...@kde.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |felixer...@kde.org Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL Status|REPORTED |RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Felix Ernst <felixer...@kde.org> --- >STEPS TO REPRODUCE >1. try to add a location you're on to your favourite Places >2. (you do it as I described previously, hamburger -> more -> File -> Add to >Places) Hi, I think you are missing three more easy ways of adding a folder to the places panel. 1. Drag and dropping a folder onto the places panel adds it. 2. Right-clicking a folder and pressing "Add to Places" in the context menu adds it. 3. When a folder is selected, in the hamburger menu the submenu for "Actions For "Folder"" also has an "Add to Places" action that adds it. Add to that the way you described, and the other of enabling a menu bar and choosing the option from there, there are 5 different ways to add a folder to the places panel. In my opinion, this seems good enough. My judgement is to mark this bug report as intentional, because making it even more obvious seems like an over-priortisation to me. It does not seem necessary to me to add a shortcut either, but if you want to see this considered more carefully, please file another bug report just for adding a shortcut for that action. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
