SUMMARY
You can scroll sideways on page of an app even if there's nothing more there.
Like you scroll into the empty void where all content ends
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Go to an app page
3. Scroll sideways using touchpad (two fingers left/right, the void is on the
right, so I have to swipe left)
OBSERVED RESULT
It scrolls
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't scroll, there's nothing there
