correct. the packaging has been broken since the upgrade to noble when
ubuntu/upstream changed it's packaging.

usually i'm quite a resilient fellow bu i am starting to tire of poorly worded
bug reports.
the neon packaging repos are available for all to see. patches are welcome
even when poorly presented.
